Python Code Refactor to Flutter

I need a skilled developer to refactor my existing Python code into Flutter. The code is quite messy and requires a modern overhaul.
Key Requirements:
- The refactored code must support all the current functionalities, including manipulating nsp, xci, nsz, etc.
- The new code must be optimized for better performance than the current version.
- It should also be cross-platform compatible, capable of running on all systems including mobile devices.
