Python Chatbot Debugging & Enhancement -- 2

I am currently having a Python chatbot code that needs debugging and enhancement. Here is more about the tasks:
- The chatbot needs to perform certain algorithms like XIRR (Internal Rate of Return). It has to filter data frames and complete custom calculations based on user inputs.
- Furthermore, the chatbot should allow users to input a new cashflow amount and generate a corresponding new xirr.
-There is an issue with xirr dates that are not taking into account when user filters data.
Although the current structure of the code is functions, freelancers with experience in functions and classes are preferred. Proficiency in Python is non-negotiable. Prospective freelancers should show evidence of solving similar complex algorithm tasks. Efficiency and accuracy are paramount for this project.
