Python CSV file automation and visualization -- 2

I'm looking for a talented Freelancer to help me automate and visualize a Python CSV file. This project is for personal use and I have existing data that needs to be manipulated. I'm looking for an output visualization in the form of a ~20 line graph.
The goal of this project is to use Python to quickly process and analyze the data, then use a data visualization tool to create a comprehensive and easy-to-understand line graph.
Ideally, I'd like the results to include a description of the trend, as well as comparison numbers, written out either on the chart itself or in an accompanying report.
The Freelancer I choose should be capable of writing high-quality code that adheres to industry best practices, and be comfortable using Python to automate data manipulation as well as data visualization tools for creating a line graph.
