Python CNN-PSO

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to create a Python-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The goal is to produce results with accurate classifications. The PSO will aid in tuning the parameters of the CNN to get the best output. The programmer should have experience with CNN and PSO and be comfortable working with large datasets. I'm flexible with the programming language, but they should be able to provide me with the best results.
