Python - Brownie - Solidity

I have an existing project and I want some of the code cleaned up/added based on the following:
Python work
1) One Function to Deploy Contract (I have code - just need checking)
2) One Function to upload a single image to IPFS through Pinata (so need paramaters for local image)
3) Need to log the URI and any other info that is retreived after uploading
4) Need function with params for creating and uploading metadata json
5) Need Mint Function (with params - like contract address) and log response (THIS MIGHT EXIST... JUST MIGHT NEED UPDATING FOR LOGGING)
6) Need Function to Change Metadata URI (params - contract/token id and URI) The current implementation is on line 17 of update.py file is just Proof of Concept
