Python/Blockchain Sniping Bot Changes

I have the code working perfectly, it searches the BSC for new tokens and automatically buy right after liquidity is added, but I need to change some things.
This are the tasks you are being hired to do:
1) I want it to snipe a specific token instead of searching new tokens. Definition of "snipe": Catch the "add liquidity" event for a specific token address and launch a buy order as soon as possible.
2) I want you to advise me how to improve the speed of transactions, I'm pretty sure we can use a node or something to improve speed, I need advise + development of whatever you suggest is the best.
3) Add a log file with all the tokens bought and the amount spent on each transaction.
