Python Bitcoin Wallet GENERATOR

I'm looking for an experienced developer to recreate a Bitcoin wallet generator in Python, based on an existing HTML version located at https://github.com/routman/brainwallet.io

Recreate wallet generator functionality in Python:
- Input: Passphrase and Salt
- Console Output: Public Address and Private Key (in text format)

Requirements:
- Python expertise
- Experience with cryptographic libraries and bitcoin wallets
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience with blockchain/cryptocurrency projects
- Strong understanding of security practices

I have a fixed budget of $10 for this project.
