Python C++ Binding Expert

I'm seeking a Python expert with extensive knowledge in C++ bindings.
I have existing SDK in Dll Format and Header file of that. Visual Studio works well on this SDK
I am trying to use this SDK on Python. Existing SDK exposes 2 classes.
I'm looking for someone to import this classes and call the member function of that on Python.
Please apply if you already worked on this situation.
You have to specify the python package to load the existing sdk(cython, ctypes, etc)
If you don't provide the python package, I'll definitely reject you.
