Python-Based Table Validation

I require a Pyspark programmer to assist in reading and validating tables in a database. I need to ensure the columns in each table also exist in another source, effectively identifying any missing columns. I don't have a specific methodology for column validation in mind; I'm open to suggestions based on your expertise.
You should ideally:

- Have strong experience in data validation and database management
