- Patient Management: This should include features for medical records, patient registration, discharge summaries, laboratory reports, pharmacy orders, and feedback. The system should also have provisions for SMS and Email notifications.
- Appointment Scheduling: The system should enable online booking, display doctor availability, and send appointment reminders via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Billing and Invoicing: This feature should integrate seamlessly with the patient management and appointment scheduling modules.

- IP and OP management
- HR management
- Laboratory and Pharmacy interfaces
