Python-Based Algorithmic Trading via City Index API

I'm seeking a Python expert to develop algorithmic trading codes utilizing City Index's API. The algorithms should be robust enough to execute the following trading strategies:

- Trend Following
- Mean Reversion
- Breakout Trading

Ideally, these strategies should operate within an intraday time frame. The freelancer must have previous experience in coding trading algorithms, a deep grasp of Python, a strong understanding of trading markets and strategies, along with familiarity in working with APIs, particularly City Index's.
