Description:
I need a developer experienced in Python + Selenium + proxy management to build a tool that automates checking the availability of services on a public website.
The tool should:
Simulate human navigation (select options, fill forms)
Periodically check for service availability
Send instant notifications via Telegram when appointments are available
Handle IP/proxy rotation automatically
Experience integrating Telegram notifications and managing sessions/cookies is a plus.
The script will run on Windows.
Budget to be agreed based on the proposal.
