Python Automation for Real Estate Status Check

Hi! I have two excel files with about 500 real estate listings. I want to use python to check the listing status of each property if its (off market, sold, expired). Otherwise I have to look up each listing status one by one. You can compile these two files into 1 excel sheet. And if there are duplicates, they needs to be removed as well

Search for this address "145 atlantic ave" at the top right corner of the page it should work for all address in spreadsheet i need script whenever i add another file to my script it should run on those addresses
if you go to unavailable units, then click for sale, it shows the status there as "recorded closing"
