Python: Automation for Exporting excel list of codes (numbers) and insert them in a form one by one (without accessing database)

I have an excell sheet with a column with a list of numbers that need to be exported to a webbased application one by one. I am doing it manually but it's time consuming, I need a way to automate this. Please help, check screenshot.
