Python Automation & Web App Developer – SmartBot OTT/VPN Automation (Windows, Playwright, Flask)

I am seeking an experienced Python automation developer to help build and integrate a SmartBot automation system with a full-featured web dashboard. The solution must automate OTT streaming detection, IP/VPN rotation, browser automation, and provide a user-friendly web interface for control and monitoring. Real production use – no simulation.

Project Scope:
SmartBot Automation (Backend)
• Automated OTT streaming checks (Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, etc.) using Playwright + Chromium on Windows.
• Detect if an IP can bypass geo-block and verify actual video playback (not just homepage load).
• Rotate IPs (via VPN/dongle/phone) until a working “clean” IP is found.
• Full logging and screenshot capture for every test and event.
• Integrate OpenAI GPT API for self-diagnosis, auto-fix logic, and advanced error handling.
• (Optional/Bonus) Integrate with Telegram for real-time alerts and bot control.
Web App (Frontend + API)
• Build a modern Flask (Python) web app dashboard.
• Dashboard features:
• Start/stop/control the SmartBot from the web UI (not just CLI/terminal).
• View real-time logs, screenshots, status of each test/checkpoint.
• Show IP rotation history, current OTT/pass/fail, device status.
• One-click control: manual rotation, retry, pause, settings.
• User authentication & simple, responsive design (preferably using React + Tailwind, but Flask/Jinja is fine).
• Must be robust for non-technical users: Zero-terminal use after install.

• Python 3.12+ (Windows 10/11, ARM or Intel)
• Playwright (Chromium) automation
• Flask for web app (React/HTML/CSS/JS frontend optional but welcome)
• OpenAI GPT API experience
• Knowledge of system scripting (auto browser install, dependency checking)
• Strong error handling and logging (logs, screenshots, status, etc.)
• Familiarity with VPN/proxy management on Windows a big plus
