Python Asyncio Websocket Server

I'm looking for a simple no-authentication websocket server that will send D-ATIS(Digital Automatic Terminal Information Service) updates to all listeners. The updates will be sourced from an event-based D-ATIS API provided by the FAA.

Requirements:
- Implemented in Python using the asyncio framework
- No authentication required for websocket connections
- D-ATIS updates should be sent at the same frequency as provided by the FAA API

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with asyncio
- Familiarity with websocket implementation in Python
- Experience working with FAA APIs
