Python Article Paraphrase tools with API access

Hi, we need a Python Article Paraphrase tool that is able to read and understand seed articles then rewrite / Paraphrase perfectly.
For this, you can use huggingface pre-trained models like pegasus or libraries like spacy, GPT J 6b, etc, you are free to choose any of them or a few of them. Just remember we need very fast processing speed on CPU and top quality results.

Build a system that can Paraphrase articles based on the AI model (I will give you a few samples in chat)
A front End Panel that can host
API access so I can integrate this system with other apps for example WordPress.
Easy Installer script (it can be a bash scrip or .py script)
Support for testing and tuning periods (a few days.)
