Python App UI Resizing and Rearrangement

As the owner of a Python-based app, I'm in need of a freelancer who can help revamp its current user interface.
Key Task:
- You'll primarily be rearranging the buttons and menus, as well as resizing the UI components.
Design Philosophy:
- While undertaking these adjustments, I want the redesigned UI to remain minimal and clean.
