I'm looking for a Python expert to build an algorithmic trading strategy that will predict the Spy ETF based on historical stock prices.

Key requirements:
- Utilize historical stock prices data: You need to build the algorithm using the historical stock prices data that I will provide. This data will be the foundation for the predictive model.
- High prediction accuracy: Although I haven't specified a specific range, I'm looking for a very accurate prediction model. The more accurate, the better.
- Deployment as a standalone software: I plan to deploy this model as a standalone software. It should be a fully functioning program that I can easily execute.

Ideal skills for this project include:
