Python Algorithm for ICICI Breeze Trading

I'm looking for a Python expert who can help me create an algorithm for automated trading execution on the NIFTY index via ICICI Breeze.
The trading strategy to be implemented is swing high and swing low trading. When ever price come to previous swing high and low we need to place the order.. I need backtesting on the strategy for alteast 6 months ..
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in Python programming, particularly in finance-related applications.
- A solid understanding of momentum trading strategies.
- Prior experience with ICICI Breeze platform is a plus.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
