Python-Ms Access Payroll System

I need a payroll system that integrates with an MS Access database using Python. The base of the system is provided in the code link below. Your tasks will include:

- Developing a graphical user interface (GUI) login screen with username and password authentication.
- Implementing CRUD functionalities:
- Admin can add, modify, and delete employee data.
- Users can view and save payslips as PDFs.

The database will store:
- Fixed employee details (name, address, basic pay)
- Manually filled allowance, overtime, and other payments.

Requirements:
- Experience with Python and MS Access.
- Strong GUI development skills.
- Ability to teach how to connect Python with MS Access.
