Python AWS S3 Batch replication

I need a python script for AWS S3 Batch replication to copy objects from one S3 account to another. This should include all the bucket policies coded as well as the other IAM policies and roles that needs to be created. The new Batch S3 replication is what I need and not the old S3 replication
