Python API for Aadhaar Data Retrieval

Project Description:
We are seeking a Python-oriented professional to develop an API system capable of retrieving user data from Aadhaar. The API should allow for the retrieval of the following data fields:
Name and Address
Biometric Data
Contact Information
Key Requirements:
OTP Verification:
Implement an OTP system that sends an OTP to the mobile number registered with the Aadhaar number.
Only allow data retrieval if the OTP is correctly entered.
Aadhaar Data Retrieval:
Fetch all necessary Aadhaar details, including personal information and image data.
Data Format:
The image should preferably be retrieved in byte format, but other formats are acceptable if needed.
Security:
Ensure the API is secure and compliant with data protection regulations, preventing unauthorized access.
Language:
Python is preferred, but we are open to other languages if necessary.
Documentation:
Provide detailed documentation on how to implement and use the API.
Research & Recommendations:
We have already looked into Setu API and Digilocker. Based on our research, we suggest starting with Digilocker APIs.
Optional Requirements:
Experience with similar Aadhaar-based systems.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
Experience with Python frameworks like Flask or Django is a plus.
Additional Details:
The level of security for the API will depend on the system we are using. I am open to suggestions but would prefer a robust and secure solution.
