Python API - bugfixing, binance api, pipelines

We require further develop existing project in python:

- Fix existing bugs and update existing documenation documentation

Proposal, pipeline development and documentation:
Split to following repositories
deritrader_frontend
deritrader_trade
deritrader_auth
deriguard_api
deri_persistence (postgresql, influxdb)

Defintion of done is that jekins/gitlab pipeline will deploy the each code from repository to following servers:
t1-dt-f deritrader_frontend
t1-dt-t deritrader_trade
t1-dt-a deritrader_auth
t1-dg-a deriguard_api
t1-d-db deri_persistence (postgresql, influxdb)

Have had a code review.
Have been tested.
Be immediately deployable.
Parameters are externalized and not hardcoded
Have documentation update
Meet acceptance criteria

Acceptance criteria:
The trader binance ladder order can be executed from fronted t1-dt-f
Latest commit is propagated on the servers in specific environment
All deritrader product services run correctly
user can login and execute order in deritrader
order is visible in target exchange
