Python API: Address Mapping for multiple locations

This project is an API project. The vendor is required to build an API that is able to geocode three addresses, using one address as the control location and geocode the other two with reference to the control location. After geocoding, the api response should return the three locations in a single map with a circle created around the control location.

Project would be done using arcgis documentation.
