Machine learning StyleGan based project API Required

API will be simple, it will accept the below parameter as a request
input image
neutral string
target string
strength
disentanglement
it should process the image save it and return the result image URL from where we are able to download the image.
We need this API for the mobile app, so expect higher traffic, simulations multiple requests can be received, and it should process as fast as possible... maximum time user can wait is 30-45 seconds.
