Pyhon: extract email address from csv file, send mail with mailgun Api

I have some csv files include company name and contacts person and email addresses，I tried importing csv into mysql and it failed.

I want to get python code that can extract email addresses and contacts and company names from a file and write to new excel.

I also need python code that can send mail to them using the mailgun api.

My computer is running python fine and I can send a mail through the mailgun api.
