PyVis Network Graph Code Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am seeking an experienced freelancer to optimize our existing PyVis code for network graph visualizations (which is generated by creating edge lists from pandas dataframes via .csv files).
This is a very simple project; the code has already been written so the focus of this project is to amend the existing code in order to improve runtime and efficiency of rendering (displaying) interactive network graphs. However, if this project goes well, there will be opportunities for ongoing collaboration involving machine learning with graphs, particularly Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
Project Requirements:
1. PyVis Optimization:
• Proficient in optimizing and customizing network graphs using PyVis.
• Experience with improving performance of interactive network graphs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and refine PyVis code for better visual clarity and user experience.
2. Preferred Experience with Graphs in Machine Learning:
• Familiarity with implementing and training Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
• Knowledge of popular GNN libraries.
3. General Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning and graph networks.
• Clear communication skills.
• Proven track record of timely project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with other network visualization tools/libraries.
• Background in data science or related fields.
