PyQt +BLE on raspberry pi 0

The project is to build a simple project on a raspberry pi Zero.
The application must be developed with PyQt5 and split into 4 main parts.
The competencies required are : PyQt + BLE on a raspberry py zero.

1. The application shall boot on the first main screen showing a simple text "HELLO WORLD"
- The background shall be black
- The text shall be White
- The window frame shall be hided
- The Window shall be set as fullscreen

2- On a BLE service UID XXXXXXXX (Read)
The Application shall switch to a new window showing the value read by the BLE service for example
the service shall read some numbers and the application shall print the number + dollars

3- On another BLE service UID YYYYYYYY (Read)
The Application shall print a QR code based on the link read on the BLE service.

To release the milestone the Application shall be tested by myself.
