Puthon Script to split folders

I would like to develop python code to split folders. For example I have the following path of folders( House/bedroom, Kitchen, Living room/ 0,1,2,3/.jpg )
I want to get in the output folder the selected folders numbers 0,1,2,3 ..etc and the selected number of images for each folder.
