Publishing Appstore and Plastore -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me publish my existing app on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The app is currently in APK format, but I also need it to be prepared in IPA format.

Skills and experience required:
- Experience with publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Knowledge of APK and IPA formats
- Familiarity with the submission process and requirements of both app stores
