Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a full pipeline of recruiter screens and HR‐focused interviews for senior Java roles and I need a trusted partner who can sit in on those calls for me. Your spoken English must be clear and confident enough to handle small talk, salary discussions, and cultural-fit questions without raising eyebrows.
When recruiters ask about technical background you will lean on my profile: 7–8 years of hands-on work with Java as the primary language, plus solid exposure to C#, Python, .NET and React Native. HR conversations should naturally showcase team collaboration, communication, leadership and light people-management stories; I will provide real project scenarios and achievements you can reference. No live coding is expected on these calls, but you should be comfortable answering broad technical history questions around Java.
Schedule is flexible but typically 2–4 calls a week. I will brief you before each session and debrief afterward so we stay perfectly aligned. I pay $100 upfront to get us started; once I land the job through these calls, you will receive $300 every month for as long as I remain employed.
