Proxmox CL/CI Pipeline Automation

We have a Proxmox server setup for our clients Odoo production software. We need help with automating their CL/CI pipeline with Proxmox or Kubernets. They suggested with Bitbucket Pipelines and Kubernetes, for Blue-Green deployments.
My understanding is they would push their updates from their Github or similar pipeline and it would create a test/dev VM or kubernets instance. It would automatically kill the vm/instance once they are done testing. Then it create a new VM/instance at the next stage in their pipeline all the way to pushing it to production.
Please only bid if you know specifically how to do something like this. And mention you read this in full. I am open to an hourly or fixed price.
