We need a data integration specialist to implement our custom token system in Proposify and create the automation for mass customization of proposals. You'll be responsible for mapping data from our master spreadsheet to Proposify custom variables and implementing the batch processing system.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up custom variables/tokens in Proposify according to our specifications
Create data transformation scripts to prepare our master data for import
Implement batch processing for efficient handling of 200+ proposals
Configure API integration between our data source and Proposify
Ensure accurate token replacement across all proposals
Required Skills:
Experience with Proposify custom variables and API
Strong Python programming skills for data transformation
Experience with CSV/Excel data processing
Knowledge of API integration and batch processing
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Deliverables:
Configured custom variables in Proposify
Data transformation script for preparing import data
Batch processing implementation for handling all tourism boards
Documentation of the data integration process
