Proof Of Concept SignalWire integration software development

Python 3, Flask, and SignalWire Relay API project. All three skills should be known. Create a simple proof of concept to handle multiple concurrent inbound phone calls. The project consists of recognizing an Inbound phone call. Going out and Sending some key variables of the caller to an External API which will give you several choices. Each choice will play a voice file (different for each choice) asking the caller to press a TT to continue, If TT is accepted Bridging the call outbound to a call center. Other Choices from the External API may be to bridge the call to the call center without playing a voice file.
Data will need to be collected (Called Number information, Caller Information, Start Date/ End Date, Which Choice came back from the External API, The caller Response to the Voice File, and if it connected the call outbound and to where.
