Description:
We are looking for a high-level Prompt Engineering Specialist for a full-time remote position (40 hours/week) over the next 3 months, with a strong chance of long-term collaboration or permanent hire depending on performance.
We’re not looking for someone to follow tutorials. We’re looking for someone who sets the standard and creates new ones.
You should be comfortable working with:
Advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
Fine-grained output control using structured content like JSON and advanced markdown.
Ingestion pipelines with Python, Tesseract, DocTR, Docling.
Expertise in chunking methods and embedding optimization for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Building complex RAG systems, including hybrid search and reranking strategies.
Creation of automations using industry-standard frameworks.
Integration of agents with external systems and tools.
Validation and evaluation of AI systems using LangSmith, Langfuse or Langwatch.
We're seeking someone who can design, instruct, and deploy intelligent AI systems with unmatched precision, reliability, and performance.
