Project to use Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB and the Raspberry Pi V1.3 Camera to recognise facial expressions and project a colour based on the opposite of their mood to post their mood (e.g. when recognises their anxious projects a blue colour)

I'm looking for a freelancer to work on a project to use a Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB and the Raspberry Pi V1.3 Camera to recognise facial expressions and project a relaxing flashing light patterns from the colour based on the opposite of their mood to post their mood (e.g. when recognises their anxious projects a blue colour) with LED lights. The desired outcome is real-time mood recognition and dynamic light patterns, with moderate accuracy. I have already written the code for recognising the expressions and to project a light but have not figured out how to write the code to project the relaxing pattern. I also need help training Keras and connecting the LED lights to the Raspberry Pi.
