ML and Project management assignment

I am looking for a machine learning expert to work on a classification project using structured data. The goal of the project is to accurately classify data based on certain parameters. The ideal candidate should be proficient in decision tree algorithms and have experience with classification projects. Specific requirements for the project include:

-data analysis via orange/python
-management writing
