Project Presentation dynamically generated from Atlassian Jira

We are looking to provide project status from Jira tickets in Microsoft PowerPoint for review by upper management. The projects are tracked in Atlassian Jira and all fields are present in Jira. The request is to pull that data from Jira and prepare a Microsoft PowerPoint that will have a slide for each project along with summary slides for projects that are completed, at risk, etc. The slide deck should be built dynamically from data in Jira with minimal tweaking after import.
The goal is to be able to generate a PowerPoint slide deck of all projects every couple weeks and present it to upper management but without having to manually enter in all the data and reformat the slides.

The team here has already used Python scripting to pull data from Jira into PowerPoint but we are having problems with formatting/sizing and need help with how to create a timeline graph showing the milestones.

We need a person who thoroughly understands Atlassian Jira, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Python to connect the two. Who has experience with how to format PowerPoint based external data and how to build a timeline graph from external data.
