Project Manager - full Stack

We are looking for a project manager who can help with a data analysis project. Evetually, this project will be delivered with a functional website. The project requires the technology of pulling data from PDF documents into a database, and then run certain formula to analyze the data and export results for business decisions. The IT technology requires (but not limited to): Java, python, database, amazon AWS, website structure, etc.
