IT Project Manager
We are looking for a proven, highly experienced IT Project Manager with the experience to join us, forming part of our fantastic team and earning a stake in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle execution of IT innovation for business improvement, system and service continuity
Ensure projects are fully executed to specification, within the agreed timeframe and budgets
On the project management and change process from inception through to deployment
Interpreting BI data to identify key areas of insight and enhancements
Identify and articulate relevant challenges, distinguish priorities and synergies across the company’s wider project sphere
Identify relevant training opportunities to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
Demonstrate a bias towards action, with the ability to balance between getting things done and making things perfect.
Develop tools, systems, and technology to meet our internal and external client requirements.
Develop sales pipeline and opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels
Actively analyze and identify the roadblocks in our customer engagement and retention
Collaborate with the sale manager and others to gain experience and learn from their expertise through the sales process
Requirements and skills:
2+ years of proven IT Project Management within a heavily regulated industry.
2 + years experience with python, react.js and Django.
Tech Delivery / Transformation PM experience (App Transformation or App Upgrade, Data Migration (one platform to another)
2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience
2+ years of experience in Sales
Cloud experience
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Self-motivated
Highly accountable
