Programming SCADA system - Inductive Ignition

I am looking for person to programm SCADA system Ignition produced by Inductive Automation. Ideally you need to have already some experience with this particular system has knowledge of SQL and python scripting. Just for now I need just one functionality - configuring Schduler in Ignition and write scheduled tasks in json format into one tag. If this tag will be changed by 3rd party system this change needs to be reflected in Ignition
