Program for trading on LocalBitcoins

Hi there! My name is Jonas and I'm interested in crypto-trading. I need a simple program (written in Python) which should be able to autorespond when someone sends a request. It should also be able position my advert as number one or two or three or whatever position I choose. Of course it should include the standard features include in LocalBitcoins dashboard. An interface is not absolutly nessesary since I have a very basic knowledge of Python.

AT first I would like to get a rough estimayion of the price.
