Program for needle broken identification system using video processing -- 3

i want to professional freelancer for writing testing the code check and testing. We have reference images of needle knitting mashing thread area. It has different color types of threads. Some times the needle are broke. We have to identify that. Attached images have needed information. If there is broken needle it suddenly appear black dot as you can see in the images. Processing time can be 1minitue.we should do video processing because we cant tell the time needle will broke.any other details will give later. I will help you every time while developing.
