Program a Python script to run on a Raspberry Pi5 to control stepper motors
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
A simple Python application to run on a Raspberry Pi 5 with the following hardware connected:
• Waveshare Stepper Motor Hat (B)
• 2x Nema 17 Stepper Motors
• USB Camera (1280x720 Resolution)
• USB 4ch Relay Module
The stepper motors create a simple Pan and Tilt assembly. Mounted on the Pan and Tilt assembly is the USB Camera.
The requirement is for the camera to detect a person (face) and then track the face keeping it in the centre of the screen.
Once a face is detected Relay A is triggered.
This is a simple POC. Once functioning there will be a number of other functions and actions required to be programmed.
