Proctoring Exam App: Python & SQL

I need a developer to create a proctoring exam application using Python and SQL Server. The primary role of this app is to monitor candidate behavior during online exams.

Key features include:
1. Online Registration Of Candidates: A feature for students to easily register for exams.
2. Password-Based Authentication: To authenticate candidates before they can access the exams. Prior experience in implementing secure login mechanisms is preferred.
3. Advanced Browser Disablement: Unfortunately, there will be instances when candidates try to cheat the system. I need to prevent this by disabling browsing other tabs, accessing other applications, and the copy-paste function during the exam period.
4. Random Image Capturing & Video Monitoring: To further deter any cheating, the application should randomly capture images and monitor video.

Skills and Experience:
* Strong Python programming skills
* Experience with SQL Server
