I worked with one person from here before but their skills were not able to fix the project.

problems:
Google Account add to the device fails mostly with unusual activity or server connection error.
Youtube may not consider the actions done by the emulator even if it was successful on the device.
so my max budget: 200 dollars and max duration: 4 days.
