Problem with REST-API and endpoints

So I have a case study and have a glossary application. There are terms with their definitions and you can evaluate their severity or simplicity, like a flashcard learning. I have to build the feedback feature into the app, which is already implemented. And the feedback function should be connected with the API of ChatGPT. Therefore I have to write script in for ChatGPT where the feedbacks should be investigted by 5 criteria of precision for a bug report, like steps to reproduce, screens, OSV etc, the code should be integrated into the endpoint of the backend. It should be a kind of bidirectional communication of user and the feedback feature. The script is already wirtten and integrated in the backend , but the connection with the API is missing through endpoints in the backend.
Backend is in Python, frontend in dart.
