PrivateGPT Multi-User Configuration Setup

I am seeking a competent developer to configure a PrivateGPT application based on an existing GitHub project. The goal is not just to implement but also to enhance it with multi-user capabilities.

The PrivateGPT will be used as is - Proper configuration is required for a multi-tenant setup.
Key features:
- User authentication: Different users should be able to log into the system securely using their unique credentials.
- User roles: The system should support at least two roles: Admin and User. Admins have full access to all settings and controls, while Users have customized permissions defined by Admins and upload and use their own documents.
- User settings: Each user's settings should be customizable and include the selection of specific Language Model Libraries (LLMs). In addition, the system should differentiate between free and paid versions.
- Users have PrivateGPT (as in the GitHub Project) for each user separately.
Ideal freelancers should have:
- Expert in Python (over 7 years) - No new Developers Please
- Experienced with LLM and embedding
- Environment setup
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying GPT-based systems.
- Proficiency in Github.
- Excellent understanding of system security and user authentication processes.
- Proven track record in setting complex user roles and permissions.
- Fluency in setting up customizable user settings.
