Predictive maintenance: Arranging Dataset + machine learning

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a predictive maintenance project for automotive engines. The main tasks include arranging the historical records dataset and implementing a supervised learning approach.
Experience of predictive maintenance is a MUST.
Dataset:
- The dataset consists of historical records.
Machine Learning Approach:
- The preferred approach for this project is supervised learning.
Dataset Size:
- The dataset size is small, with less than 1000 data points.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in data manipulation and preprocessing.
